Frequently Asked Questions
How do I book a 1:1 appointment with you?
You can book directly through the online booking system on my website. Once booked, you’ll receive a confirmation email with all details and pre-appointment forms.
What can I expect during a 1:1 consultation?
During your consultation, we’ll review your gut and hormone symptoms, lifestyle, and dietary habits. I’ll create a personalised nutrition plan and provide guidance for sustainable changes
Are the 1:1 appointments virtual or in-person?
All appointments are conducted virtually via secure video calls for your convenience.
Where should I start?
Most clients begin with a 1:1 consultation or join the Happy Gut Club for community support and easy-to-follow guidance. The starting point depends on the level of personalisation they prefer.
Do I receive a written plan after my consultation?
Yes! After each consultation, you’ll receive a detailed, personalised nutrition plan and any supplementary resources in digital format.
Will I have to eliminate entire food groups?
No. Your approach is gentle and sustainable. While certain foods may be temporarily reduced based on symptoms, you avoid extreme or restrictive diets
Do I need any blood tests to start working with you?
No blood tests are required, but if you have any available I will analyse them and adjust your plan accordingly. I may also recommend different tests for you to have depending on what is uncovered during your initial assessment.
How long does it take to see improvements?
Many clients begin noticing shifts in 4 weeks, with continued improvements over 2–3 months. Everybody is unique, but steady, sustainable progress is the goal.
How often should I schedule follow-up appointments?
Follow-ups are typically recommended every 4–6 weeks to track progress, make adjustments, and answer any questions.
How long is membership in The Happy Gut Club?
Membership is month-to-month, giving you flexibility. You can cancel anytime or continue enjoying the community, resources, and challenges as long as you like.
What digital resources are included with my appointment or membership?
